Anja Evmenova

Anja Evmenova (director and designer) is an artist and scenographer born in St. Petersburg and based in The Hague. She studied at the Russian Academy of Arts and went on to work as a set designer with theatres across Russia, including the Bolshoi Puppet Theatre and Karlsson Haus. In the Netherlands she completed the School of Puppets Advanced course at Haags Theaterhuis and created the scenography for the performance Where We Laid (Limburg Theatre Festival).
